Madison Duross
Madison Duross, a valued resident, brings extensive customer service expertise to our team. With over five years of dedicated experience in the real estate industry, she serves as our Office Administrator, working closely with the Project Manager to streamline processes, coordinate bids, and secure necessary permits—ensuring every project runs seamlessly from start to finish. Outside of work, Madison enjoys spending time with her two beloved dogs, Luna and Levi.


Kyle Lenihan
Kyle, a native of Rockland, MA, spent his childhood between his hometown and Ireland. With a background in construction dating back to high school, he earned a degree in Global Management from Bridgewater State University. Kyle’s experience spans hands-on labor and supervisory roles, along with office expertise in estimating, planning, and scheduling. As our Estimator, he is responsible for pricing projects, maintaining client relationships, and overseeing ongoing projects. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys playing sports and embarking on travel adventures.
Ashley Fitzpatrick
Ashley brings a wealth of expertise and passion to every endeavor she undertakes. With a career rooted in leadership and management across the restaurant and fitness industries, she has honed her skills in building strong teams, streamlining operations, and driving business growth.
Beyond her leadership roles, she has played a pivotal part in business development, leveraging her strategic insight to identify opportunities and transform them into sustainable success. Ashley's talent extends to new development buildouts, where her keen eye for detail and project management expertise ensures seamless execution from concept to completion. She is dedicated to fostering innovation, empowering teams, and creating spaces that inspire and thrive.
When she's not building businesses or leading teams, Ashley enjoys lifting weights, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family.


Erin Howley
Erin Howley brings over eight years of education and experience in the interior architectural industry, having worked on diverse projects spanning healthcare, education, office spaces, labs, and more. As a project professional at The Marion Group, Erin applies her expertise to facilitate new construction projects, including single-family homes and multi-unit residences. She is actively involved in every project stage, from securing pre-approvals with cities and towns to completion. Outside of work, Erin enjoys relaxing with a good book, often accompanied by her spirited and vocal cat.
James McConville
James McConville, originally from Northern Ireland, holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering. After relocating to Boston, he established a successful career in construction, later spending several years as a licensed insurance agent. Ultimately, though, he missed the hands-on nature of construction and returned to the industry he loves.
With over a decade of experience in carpentry and construction project management, James now serves as a Project Manager, conducting quality inspections, supervising subcontractors and staff, and working closely with our senior management team. Outside of work, James is an avid golf enthusiast who enjoys spending his free time on the course.


Rachel Bepko
Rachel Bepko, originally from a small town in Connecticut, now resides just south of Boston. With extensive experience in management and customer service, Rachel brings strong organizational skills to her role as Office Manager. She collaborates closely with the onsite construction manager, oversees the flow of proposals and invoices, and coordinates permits and design plans with project consultants to keep operations running smoothly. Outside of work, Rachel is an accomplished seamstress, known for creating elaborate costumes for conventions and events.
Derrick Fitzgerald
As President and CEO of The Marion Group LLC, Derrick Fitzgerald is as comfortable on a construction site as he is in the boardroom. Born and raised in Ireland, Derrick grew up working in his family’s construction business, where generations of craftsmen and entrepreneurs instilled in him a strong work ethic and inspired him to start his own consulting and development company. Since founding The Marion Group in 2004, Derrick has remained committed to meticulous attention to detail and prioritizing client satisfaction—key values that have driven his success in real estate development.
With over 20 years of industry experience, Derrick has assembled a skilled team that shares his dedication to customer service, quality control, and efficient planning. Personally involved in every active project, he spends his time meeting with clients and exploring new development opportunities. Derrick is uncompromising in his approach to customer service, with client satisfaction always at the forefront.
Outside of work, Derrick enjoys quality time with his family, skiing, or challenging himself to an "A" game on the golf course.
